Located on the southwest coast of the island, Miloli’i is a small village and a good community with a special character about 20 miles south of Kealakekua Bay. Miloli’i’s air quality is relatively clear of vog (volcano fog). Because it is close to the water, the lay of the land forces the vog to drift over the area rather than settle around the village. The area is also a fantastic spot to watch the sunset over the Pacific.
Most of the properties in this area have ocean views. The availability of property in this area is consistent. There is not a lot available but there are usually a handful of properties to choose from in this neighborhood.
Nearby points of interest include: South Point, Green Sand Beach, Napoopoo, Kealakekua Bay, Place of Refuge (Pu`uhonua o Honaunau), Ho’okena Beach, Kainaliu, and numerous coffee farms. |
